MetalMate - The latest in brake life technology

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A BETTER BRAKE THAT OFFERS REDUCED COST PER MILE?
As you well know, brake maintenance is a big expense when it comes to maintaining one or many vehicles and brake components aren’t the largest expense in a brake job. That is why brake life and problem free components are so important; the longer time between brake jobs, the lower the cost!

C. M. Brake Inc. has the most cost effective answer with the introduction of:

MetalMate - TRANSFER FILM TECHNOLOGY - MM

C. M. Brake Inc. has been in the Heavy Duty Brake Industry for over 30 years, developing and perfecting brake lining formulation recipes and production processes. The most integral part in a heavy duty truck brake system is the composite brake liners. Performance, longevity and the absence of any form of brake failure is all determined by the lining technology and proper lining to drum contact. Yes, it is primarily due to the PROPRIETARY MIXES and the INGREDIENTS that make up the mix that is turned into a brake lining.

Introduced in 2012, C. M. Brake’s MetalMate Transfer Film Technology in all accounts, has exceeded brake life expectations. It is the answer to maximizing brake component life and lowering brake “cost per mile”.

What is MetalMate? It is a micro-film that develops and deposits onto the brake drum surface when the brakes warm up. Because it forms a coating on the drum surface, the life of the drum is extended. The ingredients used to create the film also have a positive impact on the life of the brake lining. Another important factor is that the film has no adverse effect on performance.

It is also important to note that MetalMate is a patentable technology that is exclusive to C.M. Brake MM Series Products.

C.M. Brake has started the “Revolution” in brakes and it’s time to switch to a product that gives you the best value for your money. We don’t use gimmicks, just good old fashioned Canadian ingenuity and a focus on exceeding the customer’s expectations.

*It is important to note that new drums are required when converting to a MetalMate series brake shoe which will ensure the proper contact after a complete brake job and provide extended brake life.
